Committee Chair: Natalie Haley (St Catz)
Hi! I am a Physics student at Catz and your chair for Environment & Ethics this year. I got involved with E&E when I became a JCR rep but I’ve been hooked ever since. If you made me choose I’d have to say waste reduction is my E&E passion even if it isn’t the most glamorous of issues! When not hanging by my recycling bin or wondering what on Earth Quantum Mechanics is all about I enjoy debating, board games, cooking and walking (basically whatever I feel like doing at the time).

Secretary: Louise Ellaway (Keble College)
I’m a Keble Archaeology and Anthropology student with a passion for all things green, and I’ll be your Secretary for the coming year. I hope to help drum up yet more enthusiasm for the green movement in Oxford, and keep you informed on the exciting events we have lined up. Find me wearing 'ironic' dungarees and murdering folk songs on a raggedy guitar in uni parks.

Webmaster: Lukas Wallrich (Merton College)
It's good that you are reading this, because it means that my current work as E&E webmaster is somewhat worthwhile. I'm studying PPE at Merton, and have a longstanding passion for social and global justice, as well as for the preservation of the creation. When I am not studying, working on a variety of projects or discussing political and social issues, I love travelling, cooking and walking.

I'm Claire, studying biology at St Hugh's and the new people and the planet representative. I'll be working with the rest of the E&E team to continue improving the way Oxford can run sustainably and environmentally in the future, in particular looking at how the use of fair trade goods could increase. Designer: Callum Dunbar (Christ Church)
I design the posters, flyers and any other materials that are used to advertise the E&E committee and its activities. When I'm not working ridiculously hard to get my history degree (!) I like to walk and spend time outside, play with my daughter, read literature, newspapers, listen to and write music, write articles and wonder what I'm going to do with myself after uni.

Information Officers
The Information Officers are the people to go to if you want to find out more about certain issues, of if you want to get involved in those areas. They run training sessions, including college clinics, organise other events and maintain the resource pages on this website.
Recycling & Waste: Jonathon Woodward (Jesus College)
I'm Jonny, a third year engineer from Jesus, and I'm the recycling and waste information officer, as well as being involved with the recycling with honours campaign and being Jesus JCR E&E rep. Being in a university environment provides a unique opportunity to make a difference to waste, because one college changing for the better instantly affects the waste management of hundreds of people. If you've got any questions or would like to know more, then please don't hesitate to contact me at my address below. When not doing green things or working, I'm enjoying the Oxford nightlife, setting fire to my flat through my terrible cookery skills or rowing.

I'm optimistic that society can act decisively on climate change, so I look forward to a productive year at E & E as Climate Change Information Officer. Hobbies include tennis, reading, walking, and getting overly-excited about wildlife...!

Sustainable Events: Hannah Jacobs (St Hugh's)
Hello! I'm Hannah, I'm studying music at Hugh's and am really passionate about working towards a more sustainable world. I'm the go-to person for any help with making sure events are as green as they can be! I'm also involved in Oxfam and Oxford RAG, and enjoy travelling, knitting, very amateur guitar playing and excessive tea drinking.
